My 1 Year Blog Anniversary Hop - Snowmen Themed

My 1 Year Blog Anniversary Hop! - Day 1
Here is my first little snowman for you!

And guess what it is doing here again???
SNOWING

Hopefully a good amount to build another snowman, so I can good pictures of this one!
All I can say: Windy Freezing Snow/Rain Falling, Lost Gloves, Rosey Red Cheeks, Cold Hands!
We built a tunnel the other night and after my niece went through and say there's room...
I figured I might as well try it out. Since my hard labor helped her get the tunnel she wanted!
Well....
I got
STUCK!
(Yes, My girl trying to pull me out....Bit my lip while cursing those damn hips!)
My girl got a kick out of trying to pull me free!

Since my post went up at midnight last night! This morning when the kids got up we had Snowman Pancakes.

Just quick and simple for the kids!
I had one Hershey's mini Bar with Almonds - broke it in half for the hat.
Out of Whipped cream so sprinkled on the sprinkles!

Up Next is.....

I have an assortment of goodies to give away at the end of this weekend!

  1. Michelle! I am LOL and you cursing your hips! That is a cool tunnel! Down here in VA we have not had snow yet, so no snowmen. When and if we get any we usually can count on it in February, so there is still time ;)

    Happy Anniversary!

    1. I just made my way through the hop- so much inspiration! I'm definitely going to try your pancakes and Marianne's embroidery hoop snowman. To answer your question, it doesn't snow where I live (near San Francisco), so the only way we can see snow is to drive to the mountains. We haven't done so yet this season, but we will!

  13. THis is has been a great hop. I started yesterday at Sue's but had a computer issue. Luckily found the hop again today because its been a blast.
You are one brave lady getting into that tunnel of snow. I remember as a kid we had this huge snow storm in Kalamazoo Michigan and I bet it was a good 5 feet high. I jumped from our second story window into the snow. Thankfully the stuff that was there before was packed pretty good.

  15. How cool are those photos! You guys got so much snow! We've only had one snow day and it was just barely an inch or two, and we were too busy that day to even enjoy it! :( My daughter was bummed we couldn't play in it. Maybe we will have more luck with snow in February. :)
