XOXO DT - April Pop UP Challenge

We were asked to make our layout POP (like we hope Spring is by now!)

Soda POP Caps from Close To My Heart
Epoxy Tabs that POP on your photos
POP Dots for a few words and sayings
POPPED Up Photos
Added Epoxy Water Drops that look like they are POPPING out of the photos
