Slam into Summer Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Slam into Summer Blog Hop! You should have arrived here after visiting HEATHER'S blog, Scrapping The Guys. If not, then just go and visit If It's Groovy and you will be at the start of the hop!!!

We here at If It's Groovy plan to show you projects over the next four days that make us think of Summer. We hope you enjoy your time and be sure to visit over each day as there may be new surprises along the way! We would love to have you follow our blogs and get to know us as well as give us a chance to know you :)

Here one of my favorite pictures of my daughter that captures her spirit. That cute silly face always smiling and lovin' life!

I love Webster's Pages Bloomers since I saw them on a Christmas layout. I couldn't wait to get my hands on some...well I did but they are so pretty all I could do was look at them! So, this was my first page I used them!!!!! Finally got them out and used some of my stash! I love it!

Another fun thing I love to do is reusing things.
Under my title I used a clean piece of fabric from one of my son's stained up onesies.
Rolled up the edges a bit so you get the idea of a towel.
Plus, it allowed my title to show off!

So, I hope you are all enjoying a chance to jump in the pool! Here in Canada we are getting great sunny weather just not ready to go jumping into any water (Outdoors anyway!)

I would love it if your not a follower already, join my list!
Leave a comment letting me know you stopped by!

I will be having a prize!
I read about a cool family Summer idea.
WE are going to make a Summer Bucket List.
So, give us some Summer ideas to add!
Our family has hubby, a 5 year old, an almost 3 year old & me!
So we already got the s'mores supplies, bubbles & water guns/balloons stocked!

Just in case you missed anyone OR just stopped by here is the Slam into Summer Blog Hop Roll:

  3. I totally love that "towel" idea.

As for summer ideas, one of my favorite things to do is to slip 'n slide in the backyard and even cooler into a pool. I also love going tubing down a lazy river. Have fun!

  6. I love how you repurpose things like your son's onesie in your LO! We enjoyed camping out in our back yard once every summer - even if once or twice one or two of us didn't make it all night in the tent it still was fun story telling, singing, eating breakfast outside in the morning.

  9. Great layout and the bloomers are so cute! Be sure to let the kids make their own clay out of flour and salt. Here is a link to my favorite recipe, but be sure to read the notes about using less water.

  10. Very cute colors and combination of papers! One thing on my summer bucketlist is to see a movie outdoors. The local art museum shows movies every weekend, so I hope to catch a few before the summer is over.
